预订需提供信用卡信息担保,确认时不会扣款,仅根据取消政策预授权核验卡片有效性。若到店登记时发现信用卡失效、过期或无法预授权,我们将通过邮件rsvn@centurypinesresort.com或电话联系您更换信用卡。未在规定时间内提供有效信用卡将自动取消预订。
确认后将收到电子凭证,入住时请出示预订编号及身份证/护照。预订姓名须与实际住客一致,否则本度假村有权取消入住资格或要求预订人本人到场办理。
房间保留至入住当日18:00,超时未入住且未邮件告知视为自动取消。
若同一订单中有未按预订日期入住的情况,度假村有权直接安排其他客人入住剩余时段,原订单作废。
入住时需提供信用卡核验或支付押金,退房时将返还扣除物品损坏赔偿后的余款。
如遇房型售罄将协调同级房型。请仔细核对预订日期、房型、价格及人数信息,因信息错误导致的损失由客人自行承担。
禁止携带以下物品入店:
宠物/牲畜
违禁药品、易燃液体、生物危害品、大型机械
干扰度假村系统的电子设备;
外部寝具(枕头/床单/被褥);
烹饪厨具;
其他可能影响度假村运营或他人入住的物品。
For amendments or cancellations, please contact rsvn@centurypinesresort.com
Any changes to arrival dates or the number of rooms must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date. Group bookings (5 rooms and above) require notification of amendments at least 30 days in advance via email. Requests for amendments within 14 or 30 days of the check-in date may be rejected, and any changes are subject to prevailing rates and additional charges.
Free Cancellation Policy: If your booking falls under our "Free Cancellation Policy" you must notify us in writing via email to rsvn@centurypinesresort.com at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's rate.
Any changes regarding the date, room category, or duration of stay require the cancellation of the initial booking and a rebooking with the resort.
Definitions: Free Cancellation: No charges imposed up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Guests are allowed to cancel or amend according to the policies stated above.
Non-Refundable: The total room charges are charged on the day of booking and are non-refundable, with no amendments permitted.
No Show: Failure to present at the resort without notifying reservations on the check-in date will result in the booking being deemed a "No Show," and total room charges will be applied.

出于安全或安保原因认为有必要采取此类行动;涉及非法活动、骚乱或影响酒店其他宾客舒适度的扰民行为。
您的行为、身份、年龄、身体状况或行李状况可能造成伤害、不适,或对您自身、他人及酒店财产构成危害或风险。
您曾在此前的住宿中有不当行为,且该行为可能再次发生。
未支付适用费率、应缴费用或税费;房费支付存在欺诈(如使用欺诈性信用卡);支付费用的信用卡已被报失或盗用;预订系伪造或以欺诈手段获取。
客房预订通过欺诈或非法手段完成,或从未经我方授权的第三方处购买。
预订信息被非我方或授权代理的他人篡改,或存在涂改、污损(在此情况下我们有权留存相关预订凭证);及/或
登记入住者与预订信息不符,或无法证明其为预订指定人(我们有权在此情况下留存相关预订凭证)。
